Above ground pool and Air Conditioning in summer months only (pool is put up as soon as weather is consistently appropriate), along with blackout curtains for extra good sleep. Outdoor amenities are shared with other units. Studio suite is above the attached garage, PRIVATE exterior entrance, key code lock, self check-in, Water access, Firepit, propane BBQ, large backyard. King memory foam bed, Loveseat, A/C, free WiFi, tv and surround sound.
