If rustic charm and the countryside are what you a looking for then my house is what is desired. Simply furnished, comfortable and great for stopping at when going across Eastern Europe or quiet retreat to stay at. It is rural and life goes at a slower pace, especially in Slavonia. if you're looking for The Ritz, then this isn't for you. if you're looking for time to relax, breathe and just be it's just the ticket. The space My home is simple, rustic and easily accessible. It is good for stopping over whilst travelling towards Bulgaria, Greece etc. When weather is colder I have a wood burning stove to heat the house and your toes. It has one bedroom that sleeps four and living space that has a couch that is a bed also. It is a holiday let ,not a hotel or bed and breakfast. If you want peace, your own space and don't mind looking after yourself with minimal contact from myself and Martina, then my little rustic,rural gem is for you. Guest access There is an apple orchard at the rear of the property that guests may walk around. Guests are welcome to enjoy the space. Guests are able to use patio space and have put a bench near steps to sit and If you smoke it is designated area to smoke in. Other things to note When using the electric griddle and the electric frying pan guests must clean them afterwards for the next guests. Please leave sheets in the bathroom in laundry basket. As area is rural and people in Slavonia are quite laid back so everyone and everything goes at a slower pace. it is a holiday let and so you will be left to live as in own home. Wood for burner is provided. it is up to you to get from wood store. Any thing broken by guests must be replaced like for like. Treat my home with respect and those that come to help as without them we wouldn't be able to have our little gem.
