The 150-meter house is situated in the village part of the city, the Štípa district, one kilometer from the Lešná Zoo and the same distance from the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, a pilgrimage site in Štípa. The single-storey, barrier-free family house offers the comforts of home, including a natural pool, hot tub and sauna. The outdoor covered seating is an integral part of the house where you can park comfortably. The equipment meets the requirements for modern living. From the bus stop next to the house you can reach the center of Zlín in 15 minutes. The space The L-shaped house has a large living room connected to the kitchen in one space with a fireplace in the middle. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, one with a double bed and two with single beds. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a spacious shower and the other with a whirlpool tub. From the living room you can go directly to the covered area of the inner gazebo, where there is a pleasant seating area and a fireplace. Right next to this seating area is a small natural pool where you can swim in warm weather without any problems. From the outside seating there is access to the room with sauna and hot tub. The house is equipped with all the electronics and equipment that we are used to in new and modern housing such as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There is a parking lot next to the house, where two cars can comfortably fit, and on the other side of the house by the pool there is a garden with a pleasant lawn. The house is located at a public transport stop from which you can reach the center of Zlín in a few minutes. About 200 m from the house is a COOP store. At the same distance there is a shop of a local popular bakery that offers not only fresh pastries. The house is completely barrier-free. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house except the garage. Hot tub and sauna for an extra charge. Other things to note In addition to visiting the well-known local ZOO-Lešná, you can also use the surrounding bike paths that lead from the ZOO to the village of Lukov, which is the gateway to the local forests and hills. The ruins of Lukov Castle are nearby. You can visit the very popular confectionery in the village of Kašava by bike and for the more experienced it is not a problem to ride a bike to the pilgrimage site Hostýn. Zlín itself offers a lot of attractions. The spa town of Luhačovice is a maximum of 0.5 hours by car from our house. And if you would like to visit the kingdom of Bolek Polívka, i.e. Vizovice, it is a maximum of 15 kilometers in the direction of Slušovice and after the roundabout to Vizovice.
