Comfortable and modern (completed in 2018) apartment for 4 to 6 people located in an independent cottage in an old park, which is part of a large (36ha) private former mill settlement "Uroczysko Połomja", located in the Jurassic Landscape Park. The total area of the cottage is 71 m2, plus a covered terrace (28 m2) with garden furniture, barbecue, and a view of the park. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed (2 people), a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a toilet with a sink. Wi-Fi. The space On the ground floor of the house there is an open kitchen connected to the living room (27.1 m2). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop with 4 burners, washing machine, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, DELONGHI EC260BK coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, 43-inch TV, a sofa bed for 2 people (130x200 cm), a dining table for 4 people, a utility corner under the stairs, including a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron. There is a mosquito net in the window. The bedroom on the ground floor (10.6 m2) is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) with bedding for 2 people, 2 bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps, a chest of drawers with 4 drawers, a 2-door wardrobe, a standing hanger, and a clock. Mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom (5.5 m2) is equipped with a 120x90 cm shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, hair dryer, 2 bathroom cabinets with mirror, towels. In the mezzanine bedroom (14.8 m2) there is a double bed (160x 200 cm), 2 double shelves by the beds, a standing hanger and next to the toilet with a sink (1.3 m2) and a corridor with a wardrobe (11.3 m2). There is a mosquito net in the bedroom window. On the terrace there is a table, 6 chairs, a barbecue, and firewood. The apartment is heated by central fireplace heating with a water jacket (heated floor, radiators). Hot water from electric flow heating. The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests of the Apartament Pod Klonem. Guest access Guests have at their disposal 2 gazebos, hammocks in the park, a fire pit, bicycles, a ping-pong table, a net and badminton rackets, volleyball, forest paths in a private forest, a swing over the pond, a barbecue and a mini playground for children with swings, a sandbox, a slide and a swimming pool in the summer. We also have a dog (kept behind a fence). Families with children are welcome! Upon request, we will include a crib with linens, a baby seat, a baby bath. Dogs, cats and other pets are also welcome (for a fee of 50zł per pet per stay). Free parking under the carport. Other things to note We invite you to smoke on the covered patio. You can request additional cleaning of the apartment, including a change of bed linens and towels (PLN 200), or just a change of bed linens and towels (PLN 50 for a double bed). We park our cars under a covered carport for parking.
