At this private log style house, situated on the fringe of a critically endangered riverine forest with the constant sound of the perennial Blyde river you can find total relaxation and unwind from your daily stresses and routine. The space The log house is totally private and surrounded by breathtaking trees and has a stunning view of the Blyde River. It falls within a wildlife conservancy with excellent game viewing and birding. It is the ideal place for a romantic weekend or for a family to relax away from city noise and stress and enjoy nature. The cabin is fully equipped, air-conditioned and has a private deck and Jacuzzi overlooking the river. The house is conveniently located between Kruger National Park and the world famous Blyde River Canyon. We offer affordable onsite safaris and guided walks. Guest access Guests are able to hike in the forest along the river or into the bush away from the river to explore and enjoy unspoiled nature. We offer on site activities such as guided walks, day and night safaris. The Log House with its viewing deck, Jacuzzi and garden area is for your own private use. Other things to note Please note that the gravel entrance road is 12km long. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to the main road. High clearance vehicles are preferred, however the road is accessible by normal sedan. Cellphone reception at the log house is patchy but there is free Wifi in and around the house which you are welcome to use.
