Large Ferme la Tour cottage, adjoining 3 others on 7 ha of land with shared swimming pool. Ideal for large families or for 2 families. Old stone farmhouse on 2 floors. Located in the regional park, close to Mas d'Azil. You will enjoy the calm, the outdoor spaces, the possibility of taking long walks in the woods from the gîte, the various local markets. You enter directly into a large room, on one side the dining room, kitchen bar area and on the other the living room with a wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor, there is a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a common room with a library, a dormitory bedroom that is popular with children, and a double bedroom. Below, there are 2 bedrooms and a shower room with a toilet. The rooms have skylights, so night blind strips should be provided for people who are sensitive to daylight. The two bedrooms below are darker, and the skylights are covered by curtains. The cottage has a lot of baby and child equipment, such as cots, a bath and a high chair. The whole property is heated by a pellet boiler and electric convectors for 2 bedrooms. Outdoor area: a private terrace for eating outside, barbecues available. There is a play area for children, with a slide for the little ones, a swing and a large area for ball games. On the grounds, you can meet our two donkeys, Roméo and Barnabé, and our adorable dog, Maca. She's a bit clingy at times (especially if you pay attention to her), but very nice, and she loves children. Check-in and check-out times are indicative for the summer season and are flexible for reservations on weekends. Don't forget your tea towels and napkins.
