The condominium charges an access fee to common areas for a value of COP 29,200 per person and whose value will be borne by the guest. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times Check in after 3:00 PM Check-out must be no later than 11:00 am. The condominium has a charge of COP 29,200 per person and must be paid directly by the guest at reception at the time of check-in. The keychains must be carried throughout the stay and in case of loss must be replaced again. Free airport transportation policies - lodging- airport This transportation benefit applies to minimum stays of 3 nights. Service included: The accommodation offers free transportation from Simón Bolívar International Airport to the Santa Marina condominium. Transfer Service Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday: 6am to 9pm Sundays, holidays (Christmas and end of year): 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Early booking: To access the service, the guest must send their flight number and estimated time of arrival at least 12 hours before landing. Same day bookings: If the reservation is made less than 3 hours in advance of check-in, transportation will not be available. Flight delays: In case of delay, the guest must immediately inform the host. If the change is not notified in a timely manner, the transport will be considered canceled and will not be rescheduled. Meeting point: The driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes after landing at the airport passenger exit area. Capacity: Service applies for up to 4 people with standard sized luggage. Changes or adjustments: Any changes to your flight time or date must be notified at least 12 hours in advance of your expected arrival on your reservation. Out of Schedule: Transfers requested after hours (before 6:00 am or after 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday) , (Sundays, holidays, Christmas or end of year) after 7:00 pm will have an additional cost, which should be coordinated in advance with the host. Transport conditions: The free transport service applies only to the Airport - Santa Marina route. Additional stops or detours are not allowed.
