La maroneta - family friendly property with Tuscan flair

The recently renovated country house built in 1891, with typical Tuscan flair, is the ideal retreat for couples, families or even groups to discover Tuscany. The house is located at the foot of the Apennines and thus ideal to discover what Tuscany has to offer. By car, you can reach Pistoia within 10 minutes. Florence, Vinci and Lucca are about 30 minutes away. You can reach Pisa and Viareggio in about an hour and Siena in about 90 minutes. A nice opportunity for a trip to offer the surrounding old villages and nature parks. The forest of the Apennines starts directly behind the house, so you can walk from there on the forest paths, the olive tree plantations, or vineyards. The city center of Pistoia, its medieval streets and buildings are a sight. Pistoia was honored in 2017 as the Cultural Capital of Italy. La Maroneta is equipped with three large bedrooms (1 double bed per room), two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms (two of which have a shower). Thus, the house offers enough space for families or groups. You will be met on arrival and given the functions of the house. (Gas stove etc.) Afterwards, the entire system is at your disposal for free, undisturbed use. However, we are always available by phone and will be you best support possible. La Maroneta is equipped with two fireplaces and a stock of wood. We own our own water source, fruit trees and wine Olive plantations. During the harvest season, if necessary, a trip to the olive harvest can be organized free of charge. We are happy to welcome families with children. Within an hour you can reach many cities, the beach, or the beautiful Apennines with their parks in the area. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the rich diversity of the local culture as well as the culinary delicacies and to explore the different natural conditions. Relax in the idyllic nature surrounding the house.
