Large villa of approximately 350 m2 on 2 floors and surrounded by tiled terraces. On the ground floor, a hall, a suite with comfortable bathroom, a living area with equipped kitchen, living room, cable TV, air conditioning, a laundry room with sink and toilet. On the 1st floor, a hall serving 2 suites with shower room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the top floor, a room overlooking the roof terrace (not accessible to tenants). Residential neighborhood a few minutes' walk from the sea. The space The Roman villa is very well-equipped. It was designed to accommodate its guests in the best way. Comfortable bedding, an equipped kitchen, games, a 4-meter tubular pool on request from May to October, it has everything for your well-being. Guest access The villa is fully available to guests, except for the roof terrace room which is used for storage.
