Our fully renovated 93-year-old stone house is convenient to N.C. State, the Lenovo Center, the State Fairgrounds, the State Capitol & Museums, and downtown Raleigh. The Guest Suite includes a bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom with shower and bidet, tv room with a pub table for working or eating, and a kitchenette set up with microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The back door entrance allows you to come and go as you please. The space You'll have access to the secure wifi at our house and if you want to hang out on the back yard deck or grill, you are more than welcome to. For your electric car, we have a Level 2 charger on the garage. Guest access Take the driveway to the right of our house and “take a left” to park parallel to the windows at the back of the house. If you Uber/Lyft, just walk up the driveway and come to the back door. Let me know your ETA and Tim or I will welcome you and orient you to the space. Your house key + WiFi password and local tips will be in your bedroom. You’ll be able to slip in and out the back door to come and go as you like. Upon departure, just leave the key in the bedroom and you can leave the back door unlocked. During your stay Tim & I will be living on the upper floors of the house during your stay. You do your thing while we do ours and we are happy to help in ANY way. We have one dog, Maizey, that we confine to our living space-let us know if you like or dislike dogs since we use the same back door to take the her out.
