We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is optimally accessible by train. In 2013, we had the opportunity to purchase a property directly on the water. In addition to our now completely renovated single-family home, there is also the vacation home located directly on the water on the property, which has now also been partially renovated. The space The vacation home does not stand out only for its unique location right on the water. The heart of the house is the sun terrace as well as the shared jetty, also used by us. The unique location invites you to fish, swim or relax in the sun. Guest access Parking is right by the roadside, opposite our property. Other things to note Since we also live on the property, it is shared by us, our children and our dog. The entrance to the vacation home is through our yard. We have tried to provide privacy protection appropriate to the circumstances.
