Jaybird residence - spacious house near Sigulda

Our house is a family business, our value is to treat our guests just as we want to be treated when traveling. We hope our house will make you feel at home and relaxed, so you can fully enjoy your holidays. Picturesque town of Sigulda is just 8 minutes drive away, Turaida Castle and Gutmana cave can be reached in 2 - 3 minutes. Either it is hiking, skiing, biking, boating, golf or other activities - everything is near. And you will have 5000m2 yard for your own recreational activities. The space You will have all essentials needed for a stay - including full, equipped kitchen, washing machine with dryer, towels and bed linens. In case you travel with special equipment (bobsleigh, luge, bicycles etc.), we can offer additional space for a friendly extra charge (extra person :)) in heated, secured garage (attached to the house). If the weather is nice, outside terrace with a coal BBQ is available. For calm and meditative sauna experience, we are inviting you for our sauna and natural pond-water hot tub experience. The sauna house is 1.5km from our house and is available at request for an additional fee of 160Eur/2h. Please don't hesitate to let us know, if you're looking for relaxing moment in sauna surrounded by pure nature :) Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and yard. Storage space for special equipment (cycles, luge, bobsled etc) available for extra charge. Other things to note The property is in nice countryside location, so to have comfortable stay, it is recommended to have a car or bike.
