The space of the Penthouse, directly under large Tuscan beams, has been transformed into a large sleeping area with 4 single beds. The 4 single beds can be used by children, teenagers, and adults: in the attic space there is a relaxation corner with sofa and soft lights with television and air conditioning. Both large double bedrooms are served by two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and overlook the surrounding countryside and the hills of Monte Pisano. -KITCHEN & DINING AREA Spacious and decorated with antique copper pots on the walls, the typical Tuscan stone kitchen is the ideal place to gather all together around the large wooden table (can accommodate up to 8 people+), the ideal meeting place for a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, TV, and air conditioning. With a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and garden below, the kitchen at "Casa Bella Vista" is a wonderful area to prepare, cook, and enjoy your home-cooked meal. The kitchen is traditional with a large rustic chandelier that descends from the high wooden-beam ceiling. The windows, which offer a wide view of the Tuscan countryside, are equipped with mosquito nets for your comfort. - LIVING AREA: the living area, before the bedrooms, has been designed to sit comfortably, reading a book or drinking tea. - BEDROOM 1 - double bedroom with en-suite bathroom - view of the hills This double room is spacious with an antique and comfortable bed in typical Tuscan wrought iron. A large wardrobe, a dresser, and a ladies' dressing table to embellish the room with charm and style. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets, the room has air conditioning. The room has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink made from an old sewing machine. Bed linens and bathrobes are provided along with shower gel and hand soap. -ROOM 2 - view of the hills The large airy bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and original antique cypress furniture such as the characteristic wardrobe and a chest of drawers that adorn the room. The room is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. - Room 3 - ATTIC - access stairs - 4 single beds The large attic can comfortably accommodate 4 people in single beds, whether children, teenagers, or adults. The bathroom has shower gel and soap. -ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES We usually receive our guests from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (please let us know if you have a different request). Guest access -ACCESS/PARKING "Casa Bella Vista" is located on the second floor of a medieval house and can be accessed from BOTH an elevator and the stairs. There are numerous free parking spaces along the street where the property is located and an additional free parking lot 200 meters away - (Entrance in via Trombi). There are two entrances to the property: the main entrance is in Via Lante, the main street of the historic center - you enter through an ancient door in a large corridor - from here you can access your private entrance on the second floor. The other entrance – more appropriate if you arrive by car – is located in Via Trombi with free car parking along the road.
