The interior is a unique blend of country décor and modern living; it sleeps a maximum of 18 people. And no more “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who gets their own bathroom! Two of the six bedrooms in this house are master bedrooms with their own bathroom, and the master suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub. The first floor offers 4 large bedrooms, all with king size beds and TVs. There are 3 full baths with a Jacuzzi in the master bath. Enjoy preparing meals in the large modern stainless steel kitchen that has a cozy breakfast nook. The dining room next to the kitchen opens to the adjacent living room which is furnished with a sofa bed, 50” TV and additional dining room seating that converts into a poker/card game area. You'll also be thrilled with what the lower level has to offer! The beautifully finished lower level includes in-floor heat powered by “green” geothermal; two bedrooms with king size beds, a full bath and laundry facilities. The lower level is also home to a rec room which includes a sofa bed, 65” TV, pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, corn hole, and kitchenette with an additional full-sized refrigerator. The home has complimentary Wi-Fi. Last but not least, this home features a one-of-a-kind theatre room with an 85" TV for streaming all of your favorite shows, as well as surround sound with wireless speakers. Sit comfortably with the 3 levels of seating, including a sofa bed. This is the place to be for those big games and for watching the latest action movies! The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required. Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.
