Welcome to Araucária Village, your peaceful retreat near São Paulo. A new concept in lodging, which brings together the comfort of your home, the connection with nature and a welcoming environment. Apartments for couples, carefully decorated, with living room, kitchen, suite with closet, service area and balcony. Outside, for shared use, there is a large lounge with a gourmet space and a heated pool. A beautiful event space has just opened. The space Located on top of the mountain, on a 25,000 m² property, our Village is the ideal place for those who want to relax in the midst of nature. Admiring the breathtaking view, the sunrise and sunset, the moonrise, the birdsong, are gratifying and unforgettable experiences for those who visit us. We offer a distinctive lodging proposal where we put love and affection in every corner in order to provide an intimate and very pleasant stay. There are six cottages, each for a maximum of 2 people. Carefully decorated, they feature an equipped kitchen, queen-size box beds, a 40-inch smart TV with Sky, Wi-Fi, a work desk, hot and cold split air-conditioning and solar heating. In an outdoor area for shared use, there is a large lounge composed of a gourmet space, a washroom and toilets, and a heated swimming pool with a whirlpool. For cold nights, a fire pit space completes our proposal for interaction and coziness. They can be rented individually or the entire space, in case of groups and events. This listing is for apartment 4 . We are not an inn or hotel, so we do not offer food and cleaning services during your stay. Important information for your stay: • MEALS - We do not serve meals. The apartments are complete, making it possible to prepare quick meals. The gourmet space in the outdoor area has equipment, utensils and a barbecue and can be used for more elaborate meals, to socialize with friends, family or other guests. • CHILDREN or BABIES – Due to our proposal for relaxation and rest, we offer accommodation exclusively for adults. • CHECK-IN - from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. • CHECK-OUT - by 12 p.m. • SECURITY - The entire structure is protected by electronic surveillance cameras.
