Apartment in a detached house in our small town of Burg Stargard. Last complete renovation was done in 1/2022. The apartment is practical, cozy and friendly in a country house style. You have your own, separate access to the apartment. The apartment includes: - 1 kitchen with sofa for a 3rd person, 2 hallways - 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet and window - 1 living/sleeping room with 2 sleeping beds and a cozy sitting/TV corner - Internet TV, Wi-Fi available The space Despite the quiet location of the apartment, the long-distance train station, the supermarket, the castle or a doctor's office are within minutes walking distance. Your separate access to the apartment is via our former garage. Here you can park bicycles or similar if necessary. The parking space in front of the garage is reserved for you and free of charge. In the apartment there is a living/sleeping room with 2 single beds, a wardrobe, cozy sitting area and flat-screen color TV (Internet TV). Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. In the kitchen with stove, refrigerator and other small appliances, you can prepare your own breakfast, drinks and small meals. The existing table gives you the opportunity to work here on the laptop. WiFi is available. Here, on a pull-out sofa, a 3rd adult or 2 children can sleep. An equally spacious bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, sink and window provides comfort. All our domestic water is revitalized according to the original Grander technology and can be drunk without worry. Cold and hot water is available throughout the apartment apartment. The entire apartment is in the souterrain, but has normal sized windows. All rooms including garage are step-free. The key for the apartment can be picked up on the day of arrival from 3 pm to (if possible) 8 pm in the house/main entrance. We ask that you notify us when you expect to arrive on the day of arrival. We request payment in cash, as there is no credit card device. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is via the former garage/extension and is your own access. The garage can also be used in agreement with us for parking bicycles, etc. (not for cars). The apartment is only accessible to you during your stay.
