Spacious 80sqm ground floor with 1 bedroom, 1 floor heated shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, (35 sqm) dining and living area with 3-4 further sleeping possibilities invite you to holiday in the county of Bentheim. Spacious windows give brightness all around. With 300 square meters of lawn, the property offers plenty of space to play and relax. Sleeping: 1 cozy bedroom (with king-size bed 180x200cm), as well as a spacious wardrobe with quick access to the bathroom. You also have a magnificent view of the quiet orchard. Living: The living room area has modern and cozy seating elements. The sofa can be converted into a bed 160x200cm for 2 people. Our two armchairs are foldable and offer a cozy night with 100x190cm for 1 additional person each. A smart TV with Netflix access for relaxing evenings leaves nothing to be desired. Food: In the spacious dining area, a pull-out table provides enough space to eat, play evenings, or just be sociable together in a relaxed round. Alternatively, there is another table in the kitchen to enjoy a cozy coffee or sparkling wine for two.
