18th century mansion with heated pool

Gîte of 120 m² adjoining but independent of our 18th century manor house, on 4 wooded hectares and 400 m of private banks by the Dadou River. Linens, duvet covers and towels included! Private fishing possible. Shared heated pool (in season). Large wooden play structure for children. Less than 1 km away: supermarket, butchers, bakeries, pizzeria, tobacco shop, pharmacy, hairdressers... Guest access The gîte as well as an outdoor area with garden table and chairs are private. The outdoor spaces: garden, woods, shores and swimming pool, are shared. Any additional persons not mentioned at the time of booking, coming during the day and not sleeping on site will have to pay a fee: - 10 euros per day and per person when the pool is closed - 25 euros per day and per person when the pool is open. If an additional person wishes to sleep on site and was not mentioned at the time of booking, you must inform the owners as soon as possible. Animals must be kept on a leash or longline as soon as they are outdoors on the property out of respect for all living beings.
