Inspired by the idea of a “home away from home,” we transformed our former family house into a modern holiday retreat—a safe and welcoming space for those looking to recharge and relax. The space **On-Street Parking** There are on-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. --- This large, modern terraced house features three separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious open-plan kitchen on the first floor, and a separate living room. Ideal for large groups, couples, and families looking for a peaceful retreat in Barnsley and South Yorkshire. **Perfect for contractors, business trips, and group travellers.** **Sleeping arrangements:** * Bedroom 1: 1 double bed + 1 single bed * Bedroom 2: 1 double bed + 1 single bed * Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + 1 single bed Additionally, there is a bathroom, a comfortable living room, and an open-plan kitchen with dining space. Guest access You’ll have full access to the home at all times. We’re happy to assist with any questions between 8:30 am and 10:00 pm. Check-in is available anytime after 3 pm. Please be mindful of noise after 9 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Other things to note We request guests to send us their government issued photo ID ( ideally passport or photo driving licence copy) It's an essential requirement. We have a ring doorbell for security purposes. No smoking INSIDE the property. No parties allowed in the property. Free off-street parking on a first come first serve basis. Self/Contactless check-in is possible with a key box. We will require a fee for any additional/unauthorized guest for transparency Please take care to close the doors and windows and switch off the electrical appliances, lights and taps while stepping out. Please respect the quiet neighbourhood and keep noise level down in premises, especially after 9.30. Any loss, lost keys/ accidental damage to the property or contents will be charged to the guest at the cost of replacing the item. Please note that you are not charged anything unless loss or damage occurs and a claim is made (which happens very rarely on Airbnb) Please note that cleaning fee is only for the clean after your checkout. It covers the basic cleaning, change of linen and towels, clearing the bins etc. Kindly leave the place in the condition you got it (everything back in it’s own place in a clean condition) Cleaning does NOT cover the washing of dishes, collection of dishes from different rooms, clearing the pile of utensils, food leftovers or rubbish thrown around.
