Duplex is 1.5 mi. to Oceano Dunes Vehicular Recreation Area entrance! Rental unit entered on back alley side of duplex. Driveway holds 3 cars & garage (7' door clearance) is available for ATV trailer or car. A beach annual pass is available for use! Enjoy your own access to rental unit, entering & exiting at any time of day or night. Unit is good for couples & families (13 yrs old & up). Will consider pets. We file under a Short-term Rental Business License/SLO Co., CA The space You will find coffee, English Breakfast and Green Teas, hot chocolate packets, popcorn, sugars and creamers, and snack bars for your enjoyment. There is an HDTV (42" screen), DVD/VCR machine and an entertainment cabinet stocked with VCR tapes, DVDs and games for your use. There is wireless Internet access (access info on living room desk), however, it is not recommended for business purposes!!! Living room has a fireplace (electronic).The side yard is fully enclosed for pet outdoor space and a wood burning fire pit. Guest access You have access to use of the garage for laundry & utility sink, for playing darts, Jenga, Cornhole, for jigsaw puzzle set-up, for perusing reading materials, for parking a trailer or car, for grabbing the two bicycles (with helmets & locks) for a cruise around the area or a grocery run, or grabbing the beach gear (a blanket, basket, cooler, 4 chairs, 4 towels, bodyboard). The garage door access code will be the same as the entrance lock box code that you will be assigned before arrival. Other things to note **Loss of the Annual Beach Pass would require you to pay a $50 replacement fee. ***Regarding pets: We started off considering pets (dogs only) and then decided against it when we experienced a heavy 'shedder'. We would like to try again and offer our rental to travelers with pets. If interested, please expect that we will screen carefully the nature of your 4-legged traveling companion. For more than two pets, there will be an additional charge if we accept your request.
