Handy Location - 3brd home!

NOTE: we only open the house for bookings 2 months ahead, if you are getting organized for months ahead, please msg me. A sunny 1970's house,our place has been partially renovated with 3 bedrooms plus a sunny room. The place is spacious,furnished and in a very handy location. It's great for couples,business travelers, international students,families or groups. Located within a walking distance to parks, beach,Caroline Bay Aquatic center,restaurants & shops, its the place to stay! Free wifi! The space A tidy 3-bedroom home, which can comfortably sleeps 6 adults, or 6adults plus 1 child. However, our dinning table only fits 4, as a bigger table would take too much space in our kitchen. It is our second home, we stay here during the weekdays for half of the year, making it available for guests on Thursdays, fridays, saturdays, sundays and stat/school holidays. The other half, it is available for the whole week. Note: Our neighbors cat, very friendly, likes to pop in here and there for a visit. If you have a cat allergy, please advise! The bath, shower and toilet are in separate rooms which make it easier for groups. We do not offer milk, shampoo nor soap to keep the charges low. There is a big supermarket a few meters away. Self contained space, shower, toilet, double bed, queen bed and a bunk bed (double and single), TV with freeview, wifi, microwave, fridge freezer, jug, toaster and a heatpump to keep your warm on the winter. Very handy location, a few meters away from pakinsave, briscoes, caroline bay aquatic center and quite a few restaurants and takeaways (chinese, indian, japonese, pizza, etc). Guest access Off street car park (on the left side on the house) Use of Washing Machine Tea, coffee and sugar available. Free wifi (details behind the modem) The whole house is available but not the garage. Other things to note Kitchen bench is on wheels! Note: It is not fully fenced yet - if you have young kids please make sure there is always someone looking after them outside - it is a busy street! There is one-off cleaning charges, as we are not there all the time and we use a professional cleaner.
