Country Cabin -One- by the Trent River

My place is on a dead end street, close to family-friendly activities, small towns, fishing, horseback riding and swimming . It is rural and quiet. The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bedroom 1: queen with a single on top. Bedroom 2: double with a single on top. Living-room has a sofa bed in. *Please note our "NO PETS" policy. There are two cabins on the property. The space Behind the cabin is The Trans Canada Trail can be used foe biking/hiking, which provides year round activities for those who love the outdoors. There is a picnic table and ample parking for your use. The park and beach is a walk across the road from the cabin. You can walk to the village (post-office, grocery, convenience store, beer, liquor etc). You have access to a BBQ and a fire-pit. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, crock-pot, toaster, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, rice-cooker, a blender and more. Guest access The cabin is self-contained, so you have access to all its amenities. There is ample free parking. The front door has a digital combination deadbolt lock and you will be sent the code and a "What3Word" link that will bring you to within 3 meters of the cabin, a day before you arrive. The cabin sleeps 7 if you use the pull out sofa. However, it is important to note that if you have guests that would like to stay overnight yo can pay $10 per guest. There is a park right across the road with picnic tables, benches, a beach Pets are not allowed in the cabins. No exceptions. There are two cabins on the property. The fire-pit are shared and we supply the wood each cabin has a BBQ and propane is included. The beach and the park is a walk across the road from the cabin. Other things to note Shops close early in small towns and our bank is only open three days a week, although you will have access to their cash machines 24/7. There is a 24 hr. supermarket, 8 minutes away in a neighboring town. The hospital is 1/2 hr away. Lots to do in the day. Please note that we have a strict "NO PETS" policy. Pets are not allowed in the cabins.
