Old Masurian Farm Żywe

A 19-th century farm-150 sqm house, huge wooden barn, a stable made of red brick. The farm is lokated in The Great Lakes Region, one of the most beautiful and picturesque parts of Poland. Anyone who loves a wild nature is welcomed. The space The farm is set in the village Żywy , facing the Żywy lake at the border of borecka virgin forest, it is definitely worth visiting. You will see the wild Masuria region with its charming hills, pastures, meadows, forests and swamps- the kingdom of the Polsh bison and cranes. Anyone who loves walking across the fields and through forests, watching wild animals and birds, is welkomed. If you like spending your leisure time actively - walking, cycling, swimming, kayaking and cross-country skiing - you are going to feel here at home. During the workshops we organize you can learn how to make handmade chocolates and bake bread. You can also practice yoga with a professional teacher. We organize exhibitions, meetings and storytelling evenings. Guest access We offer three rooms for rent at second level of the house ( the attic, but really specious). At the fiors level of the house lives the owner with her cat, Groszek. Room for 2-3 persons: here is one single bed and one double bed. Room for 4-5 persons: here is one single bed, one double bed and one two level bed. Room for 4-5 persons: the bigggest room with mezzonine. Here are two single beds and one double bed plus a mattress on the mezzanine. In each room there is wooden furniture: a table, a wardrobe and some chairs. There is a possibility to rent the entire second level of the house. At the second floor there is a kitchen are available, with a table, some seats, a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave. The place is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Our guests can use the bathroom and toilet on the first floor, too. The guest can take advantage of the stable building adapted as a living room and summer kitchen. Here we organize workshops, exercise, meetings, exhibitions and storytelling events. For the ones who are interested in I organize myself a workshop - producing hand-made chocolates. We aso organize trips in Borecka virgin forest - they are extra charged, though. Other things to note I can organize and coduct a chocolate workshop in which participants produce chocolate bars or hand made chocolates for the extra payment.
