Vacation on the farm, room with kitchen and bathroom

Dear guests! Here you can book a nice, family-friendly experience on our small farm! We rent a total of 2 apartments and 2 rooms. This room is furnished with a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Our farm animals, such as dog, cat, sheep, chickens, pigs, ducks and geese look forward to seeing you and also like to impress children very much! Lake Altmühl and Lake Brombach are not far away, as are the beautiful Donauries and old towns such as Dinkelsbühl and Nördlingen. The space All our rustically furnished rooms have very comfortable, high-quality round log beds and mattresses, a spacious closet and a TV with DVD equipment. In addition, soundproof windows are installed so that you are not woken up early by our rooster "Gerome." Each of our double rooms has a private new shower room is available. Please note that these are non-smoking However, we do of course have a covered smoking area outside. Kitchen: This room has its own small kitchenette with small oven, stove, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, vinegar, oil, spices, pots, pans, etc. Since there is no sink in the kitchen, you have to rinse in the bathroom. Here, however, we have thought of a small extra rinsing device! Exterior: Our beautiful garden offers small seating and lying areas where you can make yourself really comfortable! For bad weather, there is also a covered outdoor area with seating. Here you can enjoy nature everywhere and also observe our many farm animals. Our animals: Here on our farm, we keep animal species and breeds that are threatened by extinction in a species-appropriate manner. threatened with extinction and thus actively participate in nature conservation. The following animal species to see here: bees, quails, chickens, pigs, ducks, geese and sheep. Of course, a farm dog is a must: Our dear dog Baska likes to sunbathe in the courtyard and lets our cats annoy her. I am happy to give a small animal tour and a small excursion into animal husbandry and agriculture. Eggs and honey are available from us directly on site. Please keep in mind that we live here too, with children and animals. Guest access Our rustically furnished guest rooms always have a new shower room directly in the room, which is available for guests only. There is also a small but well-equipped kitchenette in the room. There is also a small dining table with 3 chairs in the room. The garden can be used by all guests. Here you will find seating and lying areas distributed throughout the courtyard to enjoy nature. For bad weather, there is also a covered outdoor area with seating. I still like to point out a few things in advance, because the description is often only skimmed! : - We have a big dog! She is very sweet and child-friendly, but is always outside - We are a farm! This means that our animals also leave a poop gift in the garden every now and then! There are also spiders here - In the middle of nowhere. Dear guests, there is not much around us. To visit attractions, a car is recommended! Please keep in mind that we are not surrounded by Berlin city center! In addition, we are located on a country road, so you can sometimes hear traffic in the garden. In the house, we have soundproof windows! - Our garden is wild and natural! - We live here! This means that we are also happy to have free time. What is vacation for you is everyday life for us. The farm and the surroundings are a lot of work and I also like to take time for you, just not 24/7. If there is a point here that bothers you, then I ask you to cancel. Otherwise, I am delighted about your arrival and will gladly make your vacation a wonderful one! Other things to note The Bühlhof is located on the Alps-Baltic Sea holiday route, and a well-developed bike path leads directly past the farm. The property is located between Auhausen and Wassertrüdingen, about 600 m before the village of Auhausen and is surrounded by meadows and floodplains, on the edge of the Oettinger Forest. It is only about 600 m to the fish-rich Wörnitz. To all pet owners: We have a dog room available, which we can only offer on request. Please let us know if you want to arrive with your four-legged friend. Please understand that we have to charge a one-time cleaning fee of €30 for our dog room. Dogs must be leashed on the premises. All fabric items, such as towels and bed linen, must then be brought along! Bed: 2 x 2 m, 2 pillows (80 x 80 cm standard) and 2 bed sheets (200 x 135 cm standard). Please also note that smoking is not allowed inside the buildings. However, we have a nice covered smoking area for this purpose. You can also easily read our house rules directly on site for quiet hours and other rules.
