✨ Cozy studio in the heart of Budva ✨ Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and just a short walk from the Old Town (600 m) and Slovenska plaža (400 m). The apartment has a hallway, bathroom, comfortable room and private terrace - a perfect little corner for two. There is a fridge and basic cookware (no kitchen). An ideal place for guests who want proximity to the center and the beach, but also the tranquility for a vacation. Welcome! 🌿 The space 🌿 Welcome to our little corner of peace in the heart of Budva! The suite has its own private entrance and consists of a hallway, bathroom, bright room and an intimate terrace – a perfect space for two. A comfortable queen bed (160x200), a wardrobe, a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle make the stay practical and pleasant, and guests also have basic dishes (cups, glasses, plates) at their disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided and towels are changed every two days or as needed by the guest. The private terrace is a small aesthetic corner, ideal for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in peace. 🍷✨ Parking is in the courtyard of the property, closed by a gate, and is available upon availability – we ask guests in advance to ask about it. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance, including a hallway, bathroom, room, terrace and basic amenities that are listed. Also, guests have access to a backyard where they can always sit and have a coffee overlooking our garden.
