It is a charming townhouse (80m2) on 2 levels, 3 km from the city center. Free parking is available in the subdivision. Southeast exposure. You can have lunch, have a drink on the terrace in the garden equipped with a tent on the facade to keep cool, a barbecue, a table and chairs and deckchairs. A commercial area nearby (200 meters). In front of the house you can take the bus to get to the city center in 15 min. (1.20 €). The house is fully equipped for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room not to mention a ground floor air conditioning and an internet connection. Bed dimensions: 160X200 and 140X190. Each room is equipped with a wall cupboard and a chest of drawers. You will enjoy full accommodation minus a room (the third). Two rooms are at your disposal. Depending on your day of arrival I will be present, otherwise someone will be there to welcome you. I will remain reachable on my mobile phone all along your stay to facilitate your installation.
