In the heart of Dolný Kubín, we will be happy to welcome you to our modern duplex apartment Urban Kubín, from where you will have restaurants, shops and city sights conveniently within reach. The bright, air-conditioned interior will provide you with a pleasant setting for a family vacation, a weekend for two, or a business trip. The space CAPACITY AND ROOM LAYOUT We can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests on 3 fixed beds and 2 extra beds. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet apartment building. In the living area, a TV with the option of watching Internet TV or board games will make your evening relaxation more pleasant. There is also a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the fresh air. The living area seamlessly transitions into a modern, fully furnished kitchen corner with a bar seating area, where you can easily prepare your favorite meals. It is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic stove top, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, toaster and dishwasher. SLEEPING AREA AND BATHROOM FACILITIES The sleeping area consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs. One 2-bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other 1-bedroom has a single bed and a sofa that can also serve as an extra bed for two people. There is also a separate closet accessible from the hallway and a dedicated space for undisturbed work from home. We will be happy to prepare a baby bed for the youngest guest. The bathroom, which is connected to the toilet, is equipped with a bathtub, sink, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and clothes dryer. For a longer stay, you will also appreciate an iron. You can use WiFi internet access throughout the apartment. PETS, LUGGAGE STORAGE AND PARKING The apartment key is stored in a key box, making your arrival convenient and flexible. You can also bring your pet with you after consultation. You can store your skis, snowboards and bicycles in a private, lockable basement/storage area to which only the guests staying have access. One free parking space is reserved for you next to the building. Guest access Guests can enjoy convenient 24/7 self check-in using a secure key box, making it possible to check in at any time of the day or night. The code will be sent to you before you arrive at the property. Other things to note Before your arrival, I will be happy to send you photo documentation to help you find your way around the property for easier check-in and to store your belongings in the basement.
