Description

This beautiful spacious safari house with thatched roof overlooks luscious gardens with a fish pond. It has great bird spotting opportunities from the balcony. Close to swimming pools, bar, restaurants, the Kruger National Park, shopping facilities and the airport. Enjoy the African bush and its beautiful wild life or hike in the second biggest canyon in the world, the Blyde River Canyon. Or just stay at home, relax and enjoy a braai with family or friends! The space This luxury, detached safari house 'Appelblaar' with a thatched roof has a beautiful view of a richly grown garden with fish pond. From the veranda you can watch birds all day long. Near swimming pools, bar, restaurants, Kruger National Park, shops and an airport. Enjoy the African bush and its special animals or go hiking in the third largest canyon in the world, the Blyde River Canyon. Or stay at home, relax and enjoy a cozy braai with family or friends! Our cozy 'African style' safari house has a spacious, cool living room with air conditioning and fans with an African atmosphere. You can relax on the large couch after a day of animal spotting in the bush. The patio doors that lead to the large (living) porch give you the feeling that the living room continues outside. The covered veranda is a perfect place to stay during the day and in the evening. The shady area is kept cool with big fans and you can sit in the lounge set with a nice cool wine or beer. At the large dining table with wooden benches you can not only enjoy your breakfast in the morning, but also a delicious evening meal. Keep your binoculars or camera at hand, because the most beautiful birds scurry in the tropical garden, and even monkeys visit regularly. From the veranda the stairs bring you to the large shaded garden. You can relax on a lounger and fish lovers can even try to catch tilapia or catfish. Behind the house is a covered carport so your car is always in the shade. The house has a large loft where four guests can sleep. The four sleeping places are equipped with a mosquito net, there is an extra television and there is air conditioning. Children generally like to make this loft their own room! On the ground floor there is an extra bathroom with shower, sink and toilet for the (small) guests who sleep on the loft. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have their own bathroom and are equipped with large cupboard space, air conditioning and mosquito nets, and each bedroom has its own terrace with outdoor shower. In the bathrooms there is a sink, bath, walk-in shower and toilet. Guest access You can enjoy all facilities of Aha Sefapane Lodge en Safari's, which means you have access to two swimming pools (one of the pools is about 200 metres from the house), a pool bar and the Calabash grill restaurant (also breakfast and lunch) and the Sefapane reception is open 24 hours a day to assist you and answer all your questions. They can book safaris for you, transport from and to many local sights - such as the Phalaborwa airport - and they can provide you with bath towels for the swimming pool and sun beds. Other things to note Daily housekeeping is included in the rental price. The house will be fully cleaned, beds will be made and clean towels will be provided every day. You don't even have to think about doing the dishes. Enjoy the luxury of relaxing during your stay!
