Hello! My name is Belkys and I am pleased to welcome you to my home in the countryside with swimming pool, just outside Rome. The house is very bright and modern, surrounded by greenery, with breathtaking views facing a valley of olive trees and a panoramic swimming pool for your exclusive use. The space The house is divided into two different levels, with completely separate entrances: the ground floor interior with garden, porch, swimming pool, barbecue and all the necessary comforts you see in the photos is exclusively reserved for you. I live instead on the first floor and I have a rear entrance that does not interfere with your privacy in any way. The only common area is the parking area. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant stay, looking for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. The large porch with equipped barbecue and panoramic view will give you unforgettable afternoons. The large garden and swimming pool (1.30 meters high) lend themselves perfectly to a stay with children or to a stay for couples looking for relaxation and tranquility. Air conditioning throughout the house. Guest access Exclusive use for guests of the garden and swimming pool! Independent entrance to the apartment which extends over the entire first floor. I live on the upper floor, independent and with an independent entrance with respect to the area at your disposal: the two floors are joined by a staircase, but an armored door (always closed during rental periods) separates them and guarantees you privacy and complete autonomy. We will only share the large parking lot! Other things to note A taxi driver lives on the way home and will be happy to pick you up or take you to the center of Rome or to / from the airport! I am also available with my car (a 5-seater jeep) to organize transportation to archaeological sites, nearby medieval villages, natural beauty (Monte Gelato Waterfalls, Calcata, Viterbo, Vitorchiano, Bomarzo Monster Park, etc. ..).
