Lakefront Luxe promises adventure all year-round (the dock is installed mid May-early September--contact us if needed to confirm dock is installed) GOURMET EXPERIENCE: Lakefront Luxe was designed for entertaining, and has EVERYTHING you need for cooking meals for holidays and special occasions. The chef's kitchen features gourmet appliances including an oversized Thermador refrigerator, Wolf gas range with double ovens, and two premium Cafe coffee makers. You'll also find ample spices and cooking staples, cookware, and appliances. The expansive dining table seats 12 and offers stunning lake/mountain views. Guest access -You'll have the entire home to yourself except for a few locked owner's closets and the one-car garage. The home has a smart lock for self-check-in (code provided three days prior to arrival) -There is parking for 4 vehicles (2-car attached garage; 2 parking spaces at the top of the driveway. In the winter, this area is plowed; the rest of the year, it is grassy). There is a 1-car garage that is locked for owner use. For larger groups or longer stays, add these to your grocery list—we want you stocked and comfortable. • • SECURITY There are exterior security cameras around the property for property security. No interior cameras. • • EV CHARGING There's a Tesla EV charger in the garage for your use. • • SUMMER CONSTRUCTION NOTICE Our mountain town has a short summer season, which means a compressed window for construction. New homes and road work happen quickly between June and September. While we update listings when we're aware of neighboring projects, we don't always have advance notice. If you're booking during warm weather months, it's safe to assume some construction activity may be happening nearby. We have no control over neighboring sites or noise, and unfortunately cannot provide refunds due to construction. That said, we're always here—reach out with questions, concerns, or noise complaints and we'll do what we can to help. • • CANCELLATION POLICY We don't make exceptions to the cancellation policy agreed to at booking—this maintains fairness for all guests. Please review your reservation's cancellation terms carefully before finalizing. Please note all refunds (other than stays booked on Airbnb) will be less any credit card processing fees.
