The house is equipped with an air purifier in the living room. According to the manufacturer, it is possible to remove 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air. Notes on additional costs and fees: Please note that during the New Year's Eve week the property can only be booked weekly at a fixed price, flexible arrival/departure day. € 150 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. (over New Year's Eve € 200). The security deposit will be refunded minus the additional costs after departure. Costs for electricity (€0.60/kWh/electric heating) and water (€9.50/m³) are billed according to consumption (prices without guarantee) and offset against the paid security deposit. Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking near the house is free of charge. Another parking space can be rented for a fee. Our house covers about 85 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the living and dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and the spa with sauna, whirlpool and shower. Just relax and treat yourself to a well-deserved break in our wellness bath. After an eventful day on vacation, you can end the evening romantically in front of the crackling fireplace or with a fun game or movie evening in a family atmosphere. In the colder season, electric underfloor heating ensures pleasant "foot warmth". Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available on the upper floor and thus allows a stress-free start to the day. The living and dining area leads to the wooden terrace with garden furniture. Treat yourself to a hearty breakfast in the fresh air or enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine in peace. A small balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms on the upper floor, offers another opportunity to enjoy the wonderful nature and the sea air.
