Situated in a woodland garden, offering an extremely warm and welcoming home for up to 6 guests. There are 2 private picnic areas and a hot tub, surrounded by heathers and conifers. Only minutes walk from a small retail park, bus stop and 20 minute walk from all of Aviemore' s facilities. The space Silver Trees has a spacious living room overlooking an attractive very private front garden with picnic table. Aerial photographs of the surrounding area are on display. Silver Trees keeps you entertained with unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix and DVD player with selection of DVD's. There is also a book selection for children and adults. For family dining there is a SEPARATE dining room, just off the kitchen so makes catering very easy. The kitchen is very well appointed with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is tiled with bath and overhead shower. There are 3 bedrooms , all with built in wardrobes. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom with extra Jay-Be folding bed, 2 hallways and plenty of storage. All of the bedrooms have lovely views of the garden. The garden of Silver Trees is a delight and offers children a lovely place to play with its grass area and little woodland trail through the conifers and heathers. For little ones, there is a travel cot, highchair, step for wash hand basin and plastic dishes, cups and cutlery. For a family pet there is a dog basket. The highlight of Silver Trees is the 6 person hot tub in the back garden. The tub is always on and is fully maintained and certified for hygiene and cleanliness. The hot tub can also be used on dark evenings as it has built in lighting and the garden and hot tub area are well lit with downlighters. A firm favourite with guests! Guest access Guests can also have access to the garage for bike storage. This has to be requested in advance. Other things to note Information regarding use of the hot tub is kept in the welcome folder and a copy is also on the garage door , next to the hot tub. One well behaved dog welcome.
