It is 1.5 km from the clock tower and 500 meters from Betong Hospital. It is safe, quiet, and fully equipped with amenities. There is a universal plug. It is a 1-minute walk from a 7-Eleven. There is parking for 3 cars. Free Wi-Fi and drinks. The space Our house will make you feel relaxed and warm, like you are staying at a relative's house or a friend's house in Thailand. The 1st floor consists of - Parking: 1 car, 10-12 motorcycles, and 2 more cars can be parked in the front zone. - The living room has a sofa, 55-inch smart TV with internet access, YouTube and TV shows. - Dining room, dry kitchen with refrigerator and table and chairs for 10 people. Amenities include microwave, toaster, electric kettle. We provide free coffee/Milo/Ovaltine/water. - Kitchen = no stove, sink, water filter, and free use of dishes, bowls, spoons, forks, glasses, dishwashing liquid and hand soap. - Bathroom with free water heater, liquid soap, shampoo, hand soap, towels The 2nd floor consists of - Double bedroom for 2 people with air conditioning and balcony - Single room for 2 people with air conditioning. This room does not have a balcony. - Family room (1 bed 6 ft. + 2 bunk beds 5 ft.) sleeps 4-6 people, air-conditioned - Bathroom with free water heater, liquid soap, shampoo, hand soap, towels - The living room has a sofa, 36-inch smart TV with internet access. You can watch YouTube and TV shows. - Free use of washing machine (no washing powder or detergent provided) - Refrigerator - Free towels, shower caps, and conditioner Guest access Guests can use the entire house. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi and drinking water. We also have a water dispenser that you can use to get unlimited drinking water. You can use the various electrical appliances. Other things to note Our house is suitable for families with children. We have bunk beds available. Your children will definitely love it. - Guests can check in early if we have no guests the night before. We recommend informing us 1-2 days in advance. - Guests should inform us of their expected check-in and check-out times as we do not have full-time staff. - Please refrain from making loud noises as it will disturb the neighbors.
