Humbug Bunk House & Hot Tub!

Humbug View is the perfect space to kick back with the entire tribe & enjoy the great magic that the East Coast has to offer. Super close to the center of St Helens, Bay of Fires and surrounds. Amenities include 9 seater hot tub, incredible counter levered fire pit and a wood fired pizza oven. The bunkhouse is a cozy place to sleep after an adventure packed day enjoying this property and our great north eastern corner Pizza oven is available for single night stays @ additional $30 (contact host) The space We recommend at least a 2 night stay at Humbug View. We often get feedback that once guest’s arrive, they want to spend an entire day just enjoying the property! We have so many amenities here at Humbug Views including high speed Starlink WiFi, a stainless steel & cedar hot tub which seats 9, and an incredible wood burning pizza oven which is an experience in itself. All anchored by a younique counter levered fire-pit area where you can congregate and enjoy the view. A space to unwind and soak it all in after a day on the trails, the bunk house was originally a granny flat with 2 open bays. Rowen, the owner, converted the space into a super funky pad with his own friends and family benefiting for a while, before we all realised it was too good not to be shared with others. Inside, there are two partitioned bedrooms, with king & queen bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and mirror. We’ve included a second toilet in the laundry adjacent for easier mornings. The bunk room is a walk-through area to the remainder of the flat and out to the alfresco dining area. We have four single beds in this space. At the end of the flat there is a lounge area with smart tv, kitchen (including oven, coffee pod machine and cook top) and breakfast bar. You’ll want to spend most of your time outside though, no matter the weather you can make it a fun time. The pizza oven, BBQ and large dining space is in the alfresco area which overlooks the gorgeous sweeping views, fire pit and hot tub. A communal space which fits everyone with a huge picnic style custom built table. The ever changing views will never get old, come stay a little or stay a while – you’ll love this Younique part of the coast Local wildlife that are often seen from Humbug View include Sea & Wedge-tailed Eagles , abundant sea birds on the bay. Bandicoot’s & Wallabies late evening (nighttime) Single night stays pay additional $30 for use of the pizza oven. Guest access The entrance to the property is via a private "right of way" gravel road that you will need to share with locals (please give way& drive slowly to keep dust down). There's plenty of car parking space for boats / caravans If you have any concerns for long vehicles, please contact the host. Property is only 3 km from St Helen’s sitting in a hill surrounded by ocean and bay views. Check in details will come prior to your arrival Rowen is often at the Big Black Shed adjacent to the bunk house and is happy to meet and show you through . Other things to note Bike track/footpath to St Helen's basically from the bottom of the driveway into St Helen's (2.7km) Unfenced Dam on property. We are basically living in the bush, and we do get visits from bugs /insects ,wallabies bandicoots possums and the like.... hence the ''farm stay " listing.
