The house is located in a quiet area in a cul-de-sac. Free private parking. Only 12 minutes walking distance and 4 minutes by car to grocery store and Halden city center. Cozy room on the 1st floor of just over 13 sqm with a view. All amenities, such as new kitchen, smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, sofa bed with extra mattresses, table, office chair, folding chair and wardrobe. Bathroom only for guests with hairdryer, shower cabin, toilet and sink. Patio with furniture. Warm welcome to us! The space The house is located high and free and has a great view of the city, the fjord and Fredriksten fortress. Outdoor furniture in the sun wall at the entrance. Only 12 minutes walking distance to grocery store and the city center on the north side. 2 km to the railway station on the south side. Guests arriving by train or bus can be picked up free of charge by private car at the railway station. Guest access Hall on the ground floor, the rental room Lille Konvall at the bottom of the hall and bathroom (wall to wall). During your stay I am mostly at home and live on the floor above Lille Konvall. I am available as needed. Other things to note Guests arriving by train or bus can be picked up at the train station in a private car free of charge by the host, Reidar.
