What now welcomes you as an elegant country villa was once a traditional 19th-century rural residence. Today, we are delighted to share with our guests a place that continues to tell a family story in the heart of Umbria. The space What now welcomes you as a refined country villa was once an ancient Umbrian rural residence, lovingly brought back to life by our family. The restoration was carried out directly by us, leveraging our experience in the construction industry and a deep respect for the house's history. Every intervention was designed to preserve its soul, restoring stone, wooden beams, and original materials and harmonizing them with all the comforts of a contemporary home. Today, we are happy to share with our guests a place that continues to tell our story, offering an authentic experience in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, just 15 km from Tuscany. The property consists of the main villa and an adjacent annex, with a total capacity of up to 16 guests. The main villa can accommodate 11 people and features: - 5 bedrooms - 4 double bedrooms with private bathrooms - Large dining room - Three living rooms - 6 bathrooms - Fully equipped professional kitchen - Laundry and ironing room. Outside, guests can enjoy: - Private swimming pool for exclusive use - Large barbecue - Large furnished garden - Antique wood-burning oven in perfect working order - Wi-Fi available both inside and outside the villa The property is located in Panicale, one of the most beautiful villages in Umbria, just 15 km from the Tuscan border, an ideal location for visiting Lake Trasimeno, Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, and Siena. The villa also features a large living room, perfect for hosting yoga and Pilates retreats, workshops, and events, even during the winter season. Guest access For our guests we offer catering service in the villa and wine testing. We are indeed producers of wine and oil and we love the culinary traditions of our region. We organize special events such as evenings with professional bakers and baking of bread and pizza in the old wood-burning oven adjacent to the villa. On request, various services can be offered: cook, baby sitter, daily cleaning, masseur, tour guide, and anything else on request.
