Charming Cottage in Augusta

You will love the location of our charming home in mid-town Augusta. Minutes from the Savannah Riverwalk, downtown Augusta, the Medical District, and the Master’s. Close to the finest restaurants in Augusta as well as shopping and nightlife. The house is located in a quiet trendy neighborhood with plenty of off-street parking. Our cottage has lots of natural light and is tastefully decorated to make your stay inviting and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ area w/ fire pit. The space The cottage is spacious with all the comforts of home. There are smart TV’s in all the bedrooms and the living room. All the beds are comfortable with soft linen and cozy blankets. Mattresses are new and enclosed with protective covers as well as pillows. Main bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. The house is decorated with Pottery barn furniture that is comfortable and sturdy. The living room couch is oversized and perfect for taking a comfortable nap! The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals during your stay. There is a small table to eat in the kitchen as well as a dinning room that seats 6. The backyard also has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit and outdoor table and chairs for 6. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon lunch on the large covered front porch with ceiling fan and light that includes a table and chairs for 4. Also a great place to relax in the evening and enjoy a drink. For entertainment in the home there are board games, cards, and books. The neighborhood is safe and enjoyable to walk in the evening.
