This beautifully equipped 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and entertainment for groups and families. BEDROOM DETAILS: 🛏 Bedroom 1 – King size bed with en-suite bathroom, smart TV and ceiling fan. 🛏 Bedroom 2 & 3 – Queen beds, smart TV and ceiling fan. 🛏 Bedroom 4 – Two twin size bunk beds. 🛁 Two full bathrooms (including a double vanity in the master bath), with essential toiletries included (i.e. towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). HOME FEATURES: 🛋 Living Room: Lounge on the comfy sectional, stream on the 65" TV, or enjoy the arcade. *Arcade is currently out of service* 🍽 Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, baking sheets, a coffee bar, and kid-friendly plates, bowls, and utensils. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have full access to the entire home. 🏠 HOUSE RULES 1. All guests must comply with Lewisville city’s ordinances, including limited on-street parking and noise restrictions. 2. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before or at 10AM. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes. 3. NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM during weekdays and 11 PM during weekends. Please be mindful of the neighbors. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants an eviction with no refund. 4. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited without prior approval. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in a $1500 fine. 5. PARKING: Please, park in front of our house, in the garage, or in the driveway. Kindly avoid parking in our neighbors’ spots, and neighbors and do not block any driveways or mailboxes. 6. NO SMOKING/VAPING: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 fine and we will ask you to leave with no refund. 7. NO ILLEGAL DRUG USE. This will result in eviction with no refund. 8. NO FIREWORKS. This will result in eviction with no refund. 9. NO FIREARMS. This will result in eviction with no refund. 10. NO PETS. Pets are not permitted at the property. Bringing pets will result in a $250 fine to cover cleaning costs.Guests are also responsible for any additional damages caused by pets. This will result in eviction with no refund. 10. PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. 11. DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery. 12. LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out. 13. SEPTIC TANK: Please be courteous of how much water is being used and only flush toilet paper down the commode. 14. TRASH: Trash and recycling must be in acceptable containers and placed in such a way as to prevent littering. Trash is picked up in the back alley on Tuesday morning. 15. POOL, SPA, AND BUNK BEDS: Use at your own risk. ⚠️ POOL, SPA, AND BUNK BEDS USE AND LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking, guests acknowledge and accept that use of the pool, spa, and bunk beds is at their own risk. Adults must always supervise children near the water and when using the pool, spa and bunk beds. The hosts are not liable for injury or accidents during your stay. The top bunk is recommended for guests aged 6 and older. 🚧 Please note we have routine spa and pool maintenance scheduled midweek.
