With all rooms on the ground-floor, there is a spacious open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Discover two bedrooms, a double and twin, able to sleep a total of four guests and served by a family bathroom and en-suite shower room. Outside has a wrap-around decking area with furniture, as well as ample off-road parking. One well behaved dog welcome, £25 charge. Sorry cats are not allowed at this property. Birch Lodge is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to the Devonshire countryside.
