WHAT to expect: * A loved and well maintained newly renovated flat, not without its peculiar sounds and old house smells, in a quiet but not noise-free neighbourhood. * Brand new bathroom but with old bathtub, brand new toilets. * Brand new kitchen with sensitive but top of the line appliances. * Beautiful wooden floor but not entirely free of marks.
