The house offers 11 regular beds plus the option of an extra bed, a high chair upon request, fiber Wi-Fi, air-source heat pumps on both floors, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Free parking is available for up to three cars. The entire house is yours, excluding the garage. Boat lovers will appreciate the nearby boat ramp at Lervikshamnen and complimentary use of a 2.20 m wide boat berth (advance notice required).
