2 minutes from Lake Pierre-Percée, 20 minutes from Center Parc

I make the entire villa available to guests as well as the terrace, dug pool (accessible on sunny days from April to September depending on the weather), spa (all year round), petanque court, ping pong table, 1000 m2 unfenced garden. I live in the house a few months a year when the dates are blocked. The house is 2 km from Pierre-Percée lake, tree climbing, 30 min from Fraispertuis, Parc Sainte-Croix, Center Parc, 50 min from Nancy, 1 hr from Gerardmer... Other things to note upon arrival, guests must give me a deposit check of 300 euros which will be returned after the inventory if the house is returned in the same condition as on arrival. In case of non-compliance with the number of guests allowed, a complaint will be filed against them.
