The space A Super Cozy, Artsy Two-Story House This place is seriously warm and inviting, with cool decor that blends art and comfort in every corner. When you walk in, the ground floor opens up to a roomy, comfy living area—perfect for chilling out. The living room has two snug armchairs that can fit up to five people. It’s a great spot for chatting and relaxing, thanks to all the neat little touches like sculptures, photos, and different types of art everywhere. Further in, the dining room is pretty swanky, seating up to six. The wall is decked out with a 55-inch screen and a sleek black marble sculpture by Mexican artist Xicotencatl Rivero. The main table looks extra sharp with ceramic pieces from artist Rox Sarabia, adding a touch of class. Right next door, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a full dinner for six people. The second floor is where you rest and work. The full bathroom is up here. The first bedroom on this level feels huge because they cleverly expanded it. It has two twin beds, a 55-inch TV, and a home theatre system—awesome for kicking back and watching movies. The second room is super flexible, great for guests or getting stuff done. It has a sofa bed that fits one or two people and a workspace perfect for focusing on tasks or just enjoying a good book. Finally, the main bedroom is a true sanctuary for sleeping. It’s set up for maximum comfort with a ceiling fan, big closet, a bedside lamp, and a 45-inch screen—the perfect vibe for a relaxed afternoon. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property. The house is designed for absolute privacy: Indoors: All bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living areas featuring original art pieces.
