Minimum Age to Rent: 25 Family Groups Only Personal email address and signed lease are required to confirm reservation. Reservations not confirmed within 48 hours will be considered guest cancellation and will be reported to Airbnb as such. Most pool heaters heat five to eight degrees above outside air temperatures. Outdoor community pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but the exact date for each community pool varies. Reach out to us for exact dates. The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
