House Rules: Permit Number: DSTR1618P Max Occupancy: 6 guests Parking: 2 vehicles max (Parking passes required; fines apply if not displayed) Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (Please respect our neighbors) No pets allowed; this is a strict HOA rule. Homeowners and guests may get fined. No parties or gatherings (events strictly prohibited), and no smoking or vaping inside the property. Responsible Guest: The primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before check-in. For the safety and security of our guests and the property, a video doorbell/camera is installed at the exterior front entry of the home. The camera monitors the outside entrance only and does not record any interior spaces. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the residence. Winter Weather Advisory: In snowy months, 4WD or tire chains may be required. We strongly recommend travel insurance for added protection.
