The space The entrance level of Ta' Nikola Farmhouse unfolds into an expansive open dining and living space, gracefully extending beneath a 200-year-old high-arched ceiling. This central area serves as the heart of the farmhouse, offering an ideal setting to unwind with a drink by the crackling log fire during chilly winter nights. The thick walls, however, maintain a refreshing coolness during the hot summer months, creating a comfortable and airy ambiance. The living area features a library of books, along with a selection of board games for leisurely enjoyment. The first bedroom, accessed by a wooden staircase adjacent to the dining area on the ground floor, is a charming double bedroom, particularly suited for children with its low ceiling and mezzanine level. The living and dining spaces seamlessly connect to a cozy kitchen, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. French doors open to a south-facing enclosed courtyard boasting a built-in barbecue—an idyllic spot for summer breakfasts. The courtyard also reveals a generously sized private pool with Roman steps, basking in the sun's rays throughout the day. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a convenient shower room with a toilet.
