The 50 sq. m. cottage, completely renovated, modern, cozy, located in a large garden. It has the following amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, induction cooktop, fridge with freezer, TV (all new), Wi-Fi, heated floor. To the center and railway station - about 20 minutes by bus, 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bicycle path. The space A 50 sqm cozy cottage is at your disposal. Half of the space is a living room with a dining room, kitchen and a cell with a washing machine. The other part of the cottage is a bedroom and a bathroom. On the west side there is a large terrace shaded by an apple tree. The cottage is ecological and self-sufficient in terms of energy. Guest access The house and the space on the west side are exclusively for guests. Other things to note The cottage is located on a large property of over 2,000 m², where the Hosts' house is also located. The houses are located at a distance that ensures the privacy of guests and Hosts is not disturbed in any way. The area is fenced. Pets are also welcome. There is an additional fee for the stay.
