It is easy to drive to the cabin, as the cabin is located right by our private road, which we use daily, and there is parking right outside the cabin. There is no water supply, so we fill up water jugs with clean drinking water to have in the cabin. A refrigerator, with a small freezer and a hot plate is available. There is also a simple frying pan and pot in the cabin. An outhouse is set up right outside the cabin. This is an amazing place with nature as the closest neighbor. Here you can relax in front of the fireplace with a good book, bring a fishing rod to fish for trout, or if you like to go hiking in the mountains to pick mushrooms and berries, this is a perfect place. From the cabin you can walk to Vårlivarden which is a nice and child-friendly trip. The mountain is just under 400 meters above sea level, and has a beautiful view over Ryfylket and the Stavanger peninsula.
