Services and amenities: central heating, heated floors in the bathroom, toilet, wardrobe, dresser, iron board, hairdryer, clean bed and towels. An old, cozy, green courtyard, which can be used by guests in summer, is conducive to a pleasant pastime. Here you will not feel at all that you are in the very center of the city with a population of more than 320 thousand inhabitants.
