The apartments are located in the historical center of the city, a quiet area of Brest, with a separate entrance and a cozy green courtyard. Jewish Quarter... until 17/09/1939... The street on September 17 was designed by military architects in the middle of the 19th century, so it is mostly built up with two-story buildings. The main fronts are facing the street and the entrance is usually from the yard. By the way - the entrance to our apartments is from the courtyard, the passage through the gate in a metal fence, curled with grapes... See the photo. The space An apartment after major repairs, located on the 1st floor of a two-storey 4-family house, with parking in the yard. Access is private, from the courtyard. All windows overlook the courtyard, so you will feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city, although you will be in the very center of the city. Old development lovers will feel at home. Before World War II, it's a Jewish quarter. There are no right corners in the apartment… At free WiFi and free private parking in the yard next to the gate. Apartment size: 33.3m² Guest access Sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa bed, 1 large double bed. The kitchen has an electric kettle, all necessary tableware and utensils, microwave, gas hob, washing machine, dining corner and table. Services and amenities: central heating, heated floors in the bathroom, toilet, wardrobe, dresser, iron board, hairdryer, clean bed and towels. An old, cozy, green courtyard, which can be used by guests in summer, is conducive to a pleasant pastime. Here you will not feel at all that you are in the very center of the city with a population of more than 320 thousand inhabitants. Other things to note Since 2018, we have been unable to provide payment receipts and accommodation contracts due to changes in tax legislation and lack of requirements.
