Private Ocean View Casita on Litibu Beach

Casita Paradiso Perduto is a private casita located in the community of Playa Litibu. There are many rental properties in Litibu, most of which have multiple shared spaces, and multiple accommodations at one property. We offer our guests absolute privacy with no shared spaces. The casita property is very large and we cater to smaller groups 4 maximum, with couples being our ideal guests. We try to incorporate the little things into every aspect from linens to appliances, to make our guests stay comfortable and memorable. The Litibu community is quiet, remote and boasts an expansive beautiful beach. Guests who enjoy cooking will appreciate the casita terrace outdoor kitchen & grill. It is a lovely place to prepare your food and dine, a spacious terrace with oversize comfortable patio furniture, a dining table with up to 5 chairs, full size fridge, ceramic 5 burner cooktop, microwave with broiler and oven capacity, propane BBQ, toaster, blender, juicer, coffee maker and all modern kitchen gadgets. Linen napkins, cloths and hammock. The inside of the casita has a private washroom with toilet, sink, vanity with mirror and electrical outlets and a large shower detailed in rock and tile design. The large open space hosts one king size bed with pillowtop mattress and bamboo bedding, a sofa bed that pulls into a double bed and a remote control air conditioning unit for your comfort. Ceiling fans located in the washroom, bedroom and two exterior ceiling fans on the terrace. There is a "60" Smart TV for streaming music, movies and TV shows. Casita renters have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and miscellenious items for the beach included in your rental. There is a large pergola with plenty of shaded parking space for your vehicle as well.
